BRANCH MANAGER
Job Profile:
The job holder is the Head of the Branch operations for Future
Bank and is responsible to lead and coordinate all customer
relationship management and core banking activities conducted to
maximize competitive advantage and net revenue. The branch
manager will manage the branch; its staff and facilities from a
technical and administrative perspective. The job holder is also
responsible for Business Development in terms of generating
additional customers from a corporate perspective. Will handle
the human resource aspect of managing the staff in the branch as
well as coordinate project activities.
Ideal
candidate will have the following qualifications:

BSc.
in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Ten (10)
years experience in banking operations.

Highly
developed business development and marketing skills.

Highly
effective interpersonal skills.

Extensive
market knowledge.

English,
Arabic and preferable Farsi language abilities.
